Inspection Photos & Reinforced Packing
Item-by-item check on arrival, photos of the actual items sent before dispatch — the number of photos and the fee are confirmed per order; reinforced carton and fragile protection. Charged as an add-on service: we give a written amount after receiving the item list.
Reverse Cross-border Buy-for-me
We order from Taobao, 1688 and JD for overseas buyers who cannot pay in RMB or read Chinese listings. Service fee is 3%-8% of the goods value; international shipping and import duty are settled at actual cost and confirmed before checkout.
