This Privacy Policy explains how Guangzhou WenXun Technology Co., Ltd. collects, uses and protects personal data when you use store.whyseek.net.

1. Data We Collect

  • Order data: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, purchase history.
  • Payment data: processed by our payment providers; we receive only transaction status, never full card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, cookies (see section 5).
  • Contact data you submit via forms or emails.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To process orders, payments, shipping and after-sales service.
  • To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations (contract performance and legitimate interest / legal requirement bases).
  • To improve our products and website (aggregate statistics).
  • We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Sharing With Third Parties

  • Payment processors (e.g. LianLian Global, PayPal) to complete transactions.
  • Logistics carriers and customs brokers to deliver your order and clear customs.
  • Service providers (hosting, email) bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Our AI assistant's model provider: it receives your message only after automatic redaction and solely to generate an answer, under confidentiality obligations; it is not used to train models.

4. Data Storage & Transfers

  • Data is hosted on servers located in Hong Kong, China. Where your data is processed outside your country, we rely on contractual safeguards with our providers.
  • Order records are retained as required by applicable tax and commercial law (typically 3–10 years).
  • When you use the AI online assistant, the redacted conversation is transferred to and processed by a model provider located in the mainland of China, under contractual and confidentiality safeguards with that provider — see section 9.

5. Cookies

  • We use strictly necessary cookies (language preference NEXT_LOCALE, shopping cart session) and optional analytics cookies.
  • You can clear cookies in your browser settings; the cart and language memory will then reset.

6. Your Rights

  • You may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data, and object to processing, by emailing support@whyseek.net.
  • EU/EEA and UK residents additionally have GDPR rights and may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.

7. Security

  • The site uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. Payment card data is handled exclusively by PCI-DSS compliant providers.

9. AI Online Assistant

  • We provide an AI assistant for common questions about sourcing, shipping, returns and our medical-travel process. It answers only from material we have published; where the material does not cover your question, it says so and hands over to a human advisor instead of guessing.
  • The assistant does not provide disease assessment, medication or treatment advice, and does not judge how serious a condition is. Questions about symptoms or medication are never sent to the model — they receive a fixed reply advising you to see a licensed hospital, with an option to reach a human advisor.
  • Your message is automatically redacted before it leaves our server: email addresses, phone numbers, passport and ID numbers and card numbers are replaced with placeholders. Only the redacted text is sent to the model service.
  • The model provider is located in the mainland of China. By using the AI assistant you acknowledge that the redacted conversation is transferred to and processed by that third party. If you prefer not to, use the contact form or email below — the outcome is the same and nothing passes through the AI.
  • Conversation records are kept to improve answer quality, support human follow-up and meet compliance obligations, and are automatically deleted after 365 days. You may exercise the rights in section 6 (access, copy, rectification, erasure).
  • Please do not submit sensitive information you would rather not have processed by a third party (for example full medical records or ID numbers); send such material through a human channel.
