• This website is operated by Guangzhou WenXun Technology Co., Ltd., a company registered in Tianhe District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China.
• We sell wellness supplements and curated consumer goods for international customers via cross-border e-commerce.

• All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and exclude import duties and taxes payable in the destination country.
• Product descriptions and images are for reference; natural colour and packaging variations may occur between batches.
• We reserve the right to change prices or withdraw products at any time before the order is confirmed.
• Wellness products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA unless explicitly noted.

• A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation after payment is authorized.
• We accept major credit and debit cards processed through PCI-compliant payment service providers. We do not store your full card data on our servers.
• We may cancel an order (with full refund) if the product is unavailable, pricing was incorrect, or fraud-risk checks fail.

• Risk passes to the buyer when goods are delivered to the address provided or, if undeliverable, when returned to our warehouse.

• You must provide accurate contact and shipping information and comply with import regulations of your country.
• Prohibited: resale of counterfeit claims, chargeback abuse, fraudulent orders, and use of the site for unlawful purposes.

• All site content, branding (WHYSEEK, RADIXWELL) and materials are owned by or licensed to Guangzhou WenXun Technology Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission.

• Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers or force majeure events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are first resolved through our customer-service channel by friendly negotiation; you may also use your card issuer's dispute process. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court at the company's domicile (Tianhe District, Guangzhou). Where the dispute has a cross-border element, the parties may also agree in writing to submit it to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration under its rules. The above agreement on jurisdiction and dispute resolution does not exclude any venue or statutory remedy you are entitled to under applicable law, and is brought to your attention in a prominent manner as required by Article 26 of the PRC Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests.
