Payment Methods

WhySeek Store (store.whyseek.net) processes online payments through authorized, licensed payment acquirers over HTTPS. This page explains the payment methods we support, the billing currency, and related notes.
Supported payment methods
- PayPal: pay with a PayPal balance, or use an international credit card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express — as shown at the PayPal checkout) at the PayPal checkout without needing a PayPal account.
- PingPong: major international credit cards supported (in the process of being enabled; see the checkout and our notices for availability).
- Alipay / WeChat Pay for mainland-China users are not yet available — stay tuned (subject to our future notice).
Pricing & settlement currency
- Items are priced and charged in US dollars (USD).
- Any CNY amount shown on some pages is an indicative conversion, not a live rate; the final charged amount is the USD figure shown at the PayPal / LianLian checkout.
- Cross-currency transactions may incur a foreign-exchange conversion fee charged by your card issuer or network; this fee is levied by your bank and not by us.
Payment security
- Sensitive payment details (card number, expiry, CVV) are handled by our licensed acquirers (PayPal / LianLian Global) on their secure pages; we do not collect or store your full card number.
- Checkout takes place on the acquirer's hosted page, and you are returned to our order result page upon completion.
Orders, refunds & disputes
- Refund rules are set out on the Refund Policy page; eligibility and amounts are governed by that page.
- If you dispute a charge (e.g. item not received, suspected unauthorized transaction), contact us first with your order number; acquirer disputes (dispute / chargeback) can also be raised via PayPal / LianLian official channels.
- We respond to dispute notices within 3 business days of receipt.
